Requirements:
1. college degree or above, preferably in marketing, business management or related majors.
2. at least 3 years of sales or management experience with a proven track record of sales performance.
3. strong business sense and market insight, able to independently develop and implement sales strategies.
4. excellent team management and organizational coordination skills, able to motivate the team to achieve goals.
5. good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, good at building long-term relationship with customers.
6. familiar with market dynamics and industry trends, ability to conduct market analysis and forecasting.
7. excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a passion for challenging issues.
8. Proficient in the use of office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Responsibilities:
1. responsible for the design, optimization and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure stable operation.
2. manage and execute the implementation of electrical projects, including budgeting and schedule development.
3. work closely with the project team to ensure that the project runs smoothly and meets the client's needs.
